About the Practice

Therapy for the person who holds it all together

Most of the people who find their way to me are doing well by every visible measure. Career, family, responsibilities, all handled. What does not show up on the outside is the constant low-grade pressure underneath it, the sense of being one step behind even while staying ahead, or the quiet question of who you would be if you stopped performing for a minute.

I am warm in session and I am also direct. I am not going to nod along for fifty minutes. We will look at the patterns underneath what is happening, not just the surface stress, and we will build practical ways to work with them. My goal is not to make you less ambitious. It is to help you stop paying for that ambition with your wellbeing.

June Bridge Counseling is fully online. Sessions are held by secure video, which means therapy happens without a commute, without a waiting room, and without you having to explain a two-hour hole in your calendar. I am an LPC Associate licensed in Texas and practicing under clinical supervision, and I work with clients anywhere in the state.
